PCG Commandant VADM Rodolfo D Isorena welcomed the delegates from Japan Coast Guard for the 3rd Integrated Sea-Borne MARLEN Training Exercise which will be held from October 07-10, 2014.

Japan Coast Guard personnel Shinkai Toshihiko, Kakinuma Shunji and Kanke Tsukasa paid courtesy call to the PCG Commandant last Tuesday, October 07 to discuss the activities during the four-day training exercise. The objective of this activity is to enhance capabilities in responding to illegal drug smuggling perpetrated by foreign vessels through sea-borne operations. The exercise will be held at South Harbor and vicinity waters of Manila Bay.
