PCG: PCG Commandant Vice Admiral Rodolo D Isorena presided the promotion and oathtaking of members of Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) at the PCG Headquarters today, October 10, 2014

The three PCGA officers namely Captain Salvador G Tiangco Jr, Captain Philip Chien and Captain Jose G Baltazar were promoted to the next higher rank pursuant to the PCGA Regulations Manual 2012 Edition.

During the event, PCGA also announced scholarship slots for PCG dependents in selected schools from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. VADM ISORENA lauded the efforts and support of the PCGA, being the civilian counterpart of the Philippine Coast Guard in carrying out its mandate.
