PCG: Personnel from the Philippine Coast Guard and Bureau of Customs in coordination with the National Coast Watch System undergo Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Inspection Course conducted by the United States Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) at the Bureau of Customs in Manila which started from November 03-10, 2014.

The training aims to equip the participants with knowledge and skills to detect and interdict the trafficking of WMD and related materials within the territorial waters and at key seaports and to enhance PCG capability on maritime domain awareness and maritime security. The second batch of training will be held on November 11-18, 2014.
