PCG: An elderly care taker of an unregistered fishing boat in Roxas City, slipped off its accommodation ladder and fell to his death last Monday, November 10, at the vicinity waters of Libas Fishing Port.

Federico P. Arellano, 73, was reportedly under the influence of alcohol when he tried to board fishing banca Ronron and accidentally fell around 7:30PM.

The incident was reported by a certain Francisco Clariza to the personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Libas.

The victim's cadaver was found floating the following day in Libas Fishing Port and was turned-over to the Roxas City Police Office.

It was later brought to Joel Funeral Parlor in Lawaan, Roxas City for proper disposition.
