The Philippine Coast Guard rendered a Testimonial Parade and Review in honor of COMMO GILBERT RUERAS PCG today, November 14, 2014.

COMMO RUERAS, the commander of Maritime Safety Services Command (MSSC), has been in the military service for thirty-two (32) years and will retire on November 21, 2014. The retirement ceremony will be held at MSSC Headquarters in Sangley Point, Cavite.
