PCG: The Philippine Coast Guard and 20 other participating agencies of the National Coast Watch System (NCWS) conducted a four-day Concept-of-Operations (CONOPS) Seminar-Workshop at the Hyatt Hotel in Manila from 17-20 of November.

The said event aims to finalize the working draft of the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) of the National Coast Watch Center through table-top exercises to strengthen maritime inter-agency cooperation.
