The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) is a step closer to the construction of the Coast Guard Sub-Station building in Tagbilaran City, Bohol after the successful signing of the deed of usufruct for the utilization of a 100-square-meter land area in Barangay Ubujan.

The signing ceremony was led by Petty Officer First Class (PO1) Paul Vincent You and Barangay Captain Mary Jane Ruiz on 01 March 2021.

The construction of the Coast Guard Sub-Station building in Barangay Ubujan will help the PCG in further upholding maritime law enforcement, maritime security, maritime safety, maritime search and rescue, and marine environmental protection in the vicinity waters of the City.
