This was the message of Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Commandant, Admiral George V Ursabia Jr during the Joint Turn-Over Ceremony of Coast Guard Major Commands, National Headquarters Staff, and Command Master Chief Petty Officer on 16 March 2021.

Admiral Ursabia acknowledged the efforts of the outgoing Commanders and urged the incoming Heads to make a difference in their respective units by serving as guide, light, and protector to their subordinates and fellow Filipinos.
