The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) actively participated in a mobile relief operations in Barangay Andulauan, Ilog, Negros Occidental on July 19, 2025.

This undertaking reflects the PCG’s commitment to performing its mandated functions in accordance with the directive of President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr.

The Coast Guard Sub-station (CGSS) Ilog in coordination with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) Ilog and Red Cross volunteers distributed 115 food packs and 30 plastic bags of assorted goods to families affected by the Tropical Depression Crising.

In the spirit of solidarity and service, the Coast Guard Station Oriental Mindoro and the 505th Coast Guard Auxiliary Squadron (CGAS) continue their unwavering commitment to extend aid to communities severely affected by successive typhoons.

As part of their ongoing relief operations, a total of 7,203 relief packs were successfully distributed across the following barangays:

• Brgy Nag Iba II, Calapan City – 492 relief packs

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) Caba conducted a pre-emptive evacuation at Barangay Las-ud, Caba, La Union on July 18, 2025.

As directed by President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr., the PCG continue to perform its duties in ensuring the safety of lives of the Filipino people.

A total of 22 individuals were safely brought to the evacuation center at the said barangay.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) conducted a Search and Rescue (SAR) operations to a capsized fishing banca (FBCA) at the vicinity waters of Pasandigan Cove, El Nido, Palawan on July 19, 2025.

The PCG's commitment to rendering service to the Filipino people underscores President Ferdinand R Marcos Jr.’s pursuit of a “Bagong Pilipinas."

At approximately 4:50PM, a concerned individual reported to the Coast Guard Station (CGS) Palawan that there was a distressed FBCA with three passengers onboard.

Said undertaking intensified the vision of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on the increase of strength of PCGA members who will support the Philippine Coast Guard in its humanitarian initiatives and disaster relief operations.

During said ceremony, Undersecretary, Head of Department of Justice (DOJ) Law Enforcement and Prosecution Cluster, Auxiliary Rear Admiral Jesse Hermogenes Andress PCGA was inducted as Executive Squadron member.
