Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 01 June 2015.

2. The APEC Summit, which is presently being held in our country and attended by representatives from 21 different Nations, involves a series of activities in different locations in the country. Said series of activities started in November 2014.

3. The Fiscal Intelligence and Sustainable Health Financing (FISHF) and Senior Official Meeting (SOM) for the said Summit is scheduled to be held at Bagac Bay, Bataan from 09-12 June 2015 and “No Sailing Zones” on 04-14 June 2015 in the area bounded by the following coordinates:

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

2. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Japan International Coordinating Agency (JICA) will be having the 5th integrated Sea-borne MARLEN Exercise on 03-04 June 2015 which aims to improve skills and capabilities of PCG personnel in MARLEN, MAREP, and SAR operation.

3. The 5th Integrated Sea-borne MARLEN Exercise will take place at vicinity 7.15 NM West Southwest off South Entrance Breakwater of Manila Bay or bounded by the following coordinates:

2. LS Cabilison located at Almagro, Western, Samar or at Latitude 11 degs 53 mins 25 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 16 mins 38 secs East has been RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since April 26, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING RED EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. LS Sto Nino located at Brgy. Buenavista, Sto Nino, Samar or at Latitude 11 degs 38 mins 57 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 41 mins 57 secs East has been RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since March 21, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
