Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1.Reference: Letter from Mr. David M. Martin, General Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated 22 May 2014.
2.EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by ARUP International the consultant for Marine Terminal Development in Mindanao to carry out a Hydrographic and Geophysical Survey within inshore waters and Barangay Aplaya, Villanueva, Cagayan De Oro, Misamis Oriental.The survey will be undertaken between 24 May 2014 to 24 June 2014 using the survey boat MBCA “MIJUKI-2” on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

| Point B | Latitude 08 degs 36.159 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 45.826 mins East |
| Point C | Latitude 08 degs 36.008 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 45.998 mins East |
| Point D | Latitude 08 degs 35.785 mins North | Longitude 124 degs 45.864 mins East |
3.In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures.
