1. References: Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas Monthly Light Station Status Report as of April 2014 and Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon Radio Message Cite CGDNELZN-0514-033 dated 16 May 2014. 

2. LS Divinubo located at Borongan, Northern Samar or at Latitude 12 degs 39 mins 42 secs North, Longitude 125 degs 30 mins 10 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since April 2014.

3. LS Laoang located at Laoang, Northern Samar or at Latitude 12 degs 34 mins 12 secs North, Longitude 125 degs 00 mins 12 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since April 2014.

4. LS Sabtang located at Sabtang, Batanes or at Latitude 20 degs 17 mins 09 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 53 mins 01 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since May 2014.

5. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
