1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Arnel Quabael Operations-Port Agency Services, BENLINE Agencies Phils. Inc. dated February 22, 2016.
2. The GLOBAL MARINE SYSTEMS, LTD thru vessel CS Cable Retriever has been tasked to do Cable repair for ASE-ASIA SUBMARINE CABLE EXPRESS Segment 1. 3, 1.4 and segment 4 west of Ilocos Norte. The Job will be extend from March 05, 2016 and estimate to be completed on April 04, 2016 on areas bounded by the following coordinates:
ASE (Asia Submarine Cable Express) BU3 (Branching Unit 3) Repair-Cable Working Area
