Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Robert J. Goold General Manager of Logistic/Marketing Inc. dated March 21, 2016.

2. Fugro Survey Pte Ltd. (FUGRO), have been extended their work on April 16, 2016 for undertaking a Hydrographic and Geotechnical Study  as part of the evaluation and feasibility study to develop an import facility for liquefied natural gas that will be located in the Batangas Bay . 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take necessary precautionary measures.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

1. Reference: Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite STL3-0316-064.

2. The Puerto Galera Yacht Club Inc. will conduct Regatta Race on March 25 to 27, 2016 with a starting line at Lanes Pier Muelle Harbor and finish line at Haligi Beach, both in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro. All racing are to be done in daylight hours.

3. Relatedly, courses to be sailed are subject to wind direction which is to be announced at the daily skippers briefing. The activity will cover an area within the vicinity waters off Bulabod Beach, Verde Island, Maricaban Island and Talipanan Point boundec by the following coordinates:

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned destinations are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
