1. Reference: Letter from Acting Commander, Coast Guard Northern Mindanao dated 29 February 2016.
2. The GNPower Kauswagan Ltd. Co. (GNPK) will installed private aid to navigation to temporarily demarcate the area covering their construction of offshore structure at the following coordinates:
