Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Maritime Safety Servicces Command dated 16 February 2016.

2. LS San Fort San Felipe located at Fort San Felipe, Cavite City or at Latitude 14 degs 28 mins 51.37 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 55 mins 17.71 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since February 16, 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING TWO (2) RED EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. Red Starboard Beacon No. 1 located at Fort San Felipe or at Latitude 14 degs 28 mins  51.35 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 55 mins 17.71 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since February 16, 2016 with light characteristics FLASHING TWO (2) RED EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
