Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog Radio Message Cite STL3-0316-028.

2. Above reference pertains to the letter from Reymond C Babao, Harbor Master, Baseport Lucena regarding the ongoing construction of breakwater extension  project with coordinates at Latitude 13 degs 54.102 mins North, Longitude 121 degs 37.565 East or approximately 500 meters Southwest of Marquez Pier, Lucena City. The construction activities is estimated to cover 7,700 square meters. The project started on January 17, 2015 and estimated to be completed on May 2016 by Luck-Well Construction. Further, Two (2) Barges, One (1) Crane, One (1) Tugboat and One (1) Back Hoe will be utilized for the 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting along the routes of above mentioned destinations are advised to observe safe distance from the vessel and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
