Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated May 03, 2016.
 
2. The Philippine Ports Authority will install lighted navigational buoys in Iloilo Strait North Channel, Iloilo City the tentative schedule of Buoy Laying Operation will be on May 17-21, 2016.

3. The following are the area where the new navigational buoys at Iloilo Strait North Channel, Iloilo City will be situated or at the following coordinates:

2. The School of Aeronautical Academy of the Philippines (AAP) Inc. will launch their Non-Flyable Cessna 150 plane that was converted into a floating aircraft as part of their experimental project to test its operations and buoyancy to be held from May 01to 07, 2016 at vicinity waters off Pasacao, Camarines Sur of eith coordinated at Latitude 13 degs 30 mins 50.16 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 01 mins 11.3 secs East
