2. LS Tandutao located at Cagayan de Tawi-tawi or at Latitude 06 degs 58 mins 44 secs North, Longitude 118 degs 32 mins 50 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since May 25, 2016 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. LS Baganian located at Purok Balite, Baganian, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur or at Latitude 07 degs 22 mins 22.9 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 27 mins 40.7 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since May 04, 2016.

4. LS Agutaya located at Agutaya, Palawan or at Latitude 11 degs 08 mins 48 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 56 mins 24 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since May 26, 2016.

5. LS Araceli located at Araceli, Palawan or at Latitude 10 degs 20 mins 42 secs North, Longitude 119 degs 59 mins 06 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since May 25, 2016.

6. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

2. The Philippine Ports Authority will install lighted navigational buoys at Tagbilaran Channel, Tagbilaran City, Bohol the tentative schedule of Buoy Laying Operation will be on May 21-25, 2016.

3. The following are the coordinates of the area, where the new navigational buoys at Tagbilaran Channel, Tagbilaran City, Bohol will be situated:

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
  
1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Robert J. Goold General Manager of Logistic/Marketing Inc. dated May 17, 2016.

2. Fugro Survey Pte Ltd. (FUGRO), have been contracted to undertake Cable Route Survey works in Babuyan Channel, South of Camiguin Island.

3. The “MV FUGRO EQUINOX” operated by FUGRO will be deployed as survey vessel in the above mentioned location starting May 25, 2016 for approximately Two (2) to three (3) weeks sea if weather permitting. Coordinates below are the survey areas:

To avoid any maritime incident and to remind all vessels to take extra precautionary measures at all times.
