1. Reference:Letter from Mr. Ramon R. Siason, Department Head Operation of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc., dated 12 May 2017.
2. The Shell Philippine Exploration (SPEX) is scheduled to conduct starting around the week of 21 May to 07 June 2017, sea and weather permitting, their activities, utilizing DOF Subsea’s Diving Support Vessel, M/V Skandi Hawk together survey with her Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV), as part of their petroleum development activities under their Service Contract (SC) No. 38 with the Department of Energy (DOE).
3. M/V Skandi Hawk will be performing activities with an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) bounded by the following coordinates:
