Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated 17 May 2017.

2. Per above reference, the Joint Task Group Boracay Project (JTGBP) will conduct a simulation exercise (SIMEX) at station 1, Barangay Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay Aklan with the following coordinates:

POINT A – LAT 11 DEG 58.424 N     LONG 121 DEG 54. 122 E

POINT B – LAT 11 DEG 57.160 N      LONG 121 DEG 54.992 E

POINT C – LAT 11 DEG 56.385 N      LONG 121 DEG 53.674 E

POINT D – LAT 11 DEG 57.644 N      LONG 121 DEG 52.832 E

3. Hereunder are the schedule of rehearsal/actual demonstration:

    A. 180800H MAY 2017

    B. D-DAY – 200700H MAY 2017

4. In this connection, all ships/watercraft transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

5. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
