Above reference pertains to the email from LCDR JEREMY R OBENCHAIN USCG that the National Data Buoy Center Deep Assessment reported the adrifting of Tsunami (Dart) Buoy near the Philippine Water’s. Buoy hull (2.6D79) from station 52403 went adrift on 20 October 2017, currently located at 150 miles East of the Philippine Islands and is travelling West at the speed of 0.8 knots.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information. Report immediately to this Headquarters (attn: CGAC/CG-8) of any information pertaining the above subject.

2. MV FUGRO SUPPORTER operated by Fugro Singapore Marine Pte Ltd. (FUGRO) have been contracted by Alcatel Submarine Network to undertake a cable route survey in Luzon Strait. MV FUGRO SUPPORTER will be deployed as a survey vessel in Luzon Strait starting March 8 2018 for approximately one month, sea and weather permitting. She will be proceeding to the survey location upon completion of Philippine entry clearance at Subic port. Below are the coordinates covering the survey area:
