Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference:   A. Frago Nr. 2 to Letter of Instruction (LOI) Nr. 0818-21 (117th PCG Founding Anniversary and Commissioning Ceremony of Fast Patrol Boat 2401) dated 02 September 2018.

                      B. Radio Message Cite CG3-1018-003

2. Per above reference pertains to the corrected copy of Notice to Mariners Number 229-2018. The Philippine Coast Guard will hold its 117th Founding Anniversary Celebrations on 18 October 2018 at its National Headquarters, Pier 15, South Harbor, and Manila. To ensure the security and success of said event. The following areas are declared NO SAIL ZONE on 180100H-182400H October 2018.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas and the said dates are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
