Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference:  A. Frago Nr. 1 to Letter of Instruction (LOI) Nr. 0818-21 (117th PCG Founding Anniversary and Commissioning Ceremony of Fast Patrol Boat 2401) dated 02 September 2018.

                     B. Radio Message Cite CG3-0918-034

2. Per above references, the Commissioning ceremony of FPB-2401 (BRP Boracay) and FPB-2402 (BRP Panglao) is rescheduled on 150900H October 2018 at National Headquarters, Philippine Coast Guard, 139 25th St. Port Area, 1018 Manila with Honorable Carlos “Sonny” Garcia Dominguez III, Secretary, Department of Finance as Guest of Honor and Speaker. To ensure the security and success of said event, the following areas are declared NO SAIL ZONE on 150600H-151200H October 2018.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas and the said dates are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
