Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio Message Cite CGDNELZN-D8-1221-002 dated 08 December 2021
2. On or about 08 1320H December 2021, Philippine Coast Guard Command Center received an email from Container vessel Halibut regarding Distress Alert from the China registered Halibut with MMSI: 636019887/ IMO 9306275/ Call Sign: D5WP9 which detected at Latitude 20º 01.9’ North, Longitude 118º 29.5’ East.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas are advised to be on look-out of said distress alert and render the necessary assistance when needed.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.

2. The LS NORTH HARBOR ENTRANCE located at North Entrance, North Harbor Manila or at Lat 14° 37’ 31” N, Long 120° 56’ 30” E with light characteristics of Flashing Red every 5 seconds is NOT OPERATING as of 20 October 2021.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
