1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District NCR-Central     Luzon dated 24 May 2021 

2. Per above reference, the Boskalis Philippines Inc. (BPI), San Miguel Aerocity Inc., appointed contractor, intend to accelerate the pace of SI works at the foreshore area of Bulacan and the inner tributaries (rivers of Alipit, Santa Maria and Meycuayan) at the Airport site which are important components of the Access Channel. This would require the utilization of supplementary vessels to perform Environmental Baseline Survey, UXO Survey and Geophysical Investigation. Further, local vessels “FBCA Dennis 9” and MBCA “Dennis Cargo”, which are MARINA-registered, will be augmented to MTug “Pion 2” as additional platform for the ongoing Site Investigation (SI) at Bulacan with reference to approved NOTAM 95-2021 dated 20 April 2021 bounded by the following coordinates:
