2. Per above reference, MV “Westwind Bliss” lost her starboard anchor while navigating Manila South Harbor channel at about 26 0425H July 2018 on her way to Yawata, Japan. The anchor fell and drop to the water due to detached swivel, the vessel’s bow position was about 15 meters away at the edge of berth 15-4 on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

Among the highlights of the festivities are the ASTC Asian Paratriathlon Championship 2018 and ASTC 2018 Mt. Mayon Traithlon Asian Cup on 10-12 August 2018. Furthermore the Philippine Coast Guard through Coast Guard Station Albay will take the lead in the swim course category and will be assisted by other agencies/unit to ensure the success of the event.
