2. On 131439H May 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received email from Japan Coast Guard Okinawa and RCC Taipei regarding distress alert from Taiwanese fishing vessel Yun Fa No. 66, the last known position at Latitude 18 degrees 11.52 mins North, Longitude 129 degrees 32.32 mins East.

2. SUBSEA SERVICES INC. is a Commercial Diving Company in the Philippines that will conduct a hydrographic survey at Shell Tagbiliran Oil Depot, Tagbiliran, Bohol, Philippines for PILIPINAS SHELL PETROLEUM CORP. The survey will be carried out from 22-25 May 2015 utilizing their own Survey Aluminum Boat (Kimple 400 Laker Standard) on areas bounded by the following coordinates:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Roberto R Del Rosario Agency Manager of Royal Cargo Combine Logistics, Inc. dated May 11, 2015.

2. The Royal Cargo Combined Logistics, Inc., Shell Philippines Exploration BV through its contractor, Boskail International B.V. is currently in the process of completing all preparation for the installation and linking of the DCP. As part of these preparations, they will require coordination and assistance to ensure the safety and security of the above vessel during its runs and operations between Subic/ Malampaya, Palawan and Batangas/ Malampaya, Palawan. The foreign-registered Cable Laying Ship “NDEAVOR” duly documented for overseas trade: Extension of SPECIAL PERMIT is hereby issued the said ship to engage temporarily in the domestic trade from May 12, 2015 up to June 11, 2015 they will require coordination and assistance to ensure the safety and security of the above vessel during its runs Malampaya – Batangas with the following areas coordinates:

The   Exercise will compose of Search and Rescue, Fire Fighting, and Oil Spill Response Scenario which involves floating and air assets from the Philippine Coast Guard, Directorate General of Sea Transportation (Indonesia) and Japan Coast Guard.
