2. LS Balambalan located at Balambalan, Cebu or at Latitude 10 degs 30 mins 16 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 42 mins 35 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since March 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

3. LS Bantayan located at Bantayan, Cebu or at Latitude 11 degs 11 mins 00 secs North, Longitude 123 degs 42 mins 45 secs East RESTORED TO NORMAL OPERATION since March 2015 with light characteristics FLASHING TWO (2) WHITE EVERY FIVE (5) SECS.

14. LS Manila Jetty Nr 3 located at South Harbor, Manila or at Latitude 14 degs 33 mins 58 secs North, Longitude 120 degs 57 mins 38 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since April 25 2015.

15. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
