2. In reference to the on-going dredging works of JAN DE NUL for our client Philippine foremost within the Navigational channel of North Habour. The one (1) set mooring bouy (LB03) will be relocating  approximately 25 meters away from its other present position. The relocation is planned to be vcarried out on October 13, 2014 until completion.

3. LS Palauig located at Sta. Ana, Cagayan or at Latitude 18 degs 28 mins 15 secs North, Longitude 122 degs 08 mins 30 secs East REPORTED NOT OPERATING since 21 October 09, 2014.

1. Reference: email from Viet Nam MRCC dated 05 October 2014.

2. Per above reference, on or about 051832H October 2014, Coast Guard Action Center receivede-mail from Viet Nam MRCC regarding unreported/missing MT Sunrise 689 with 18 crew and5.226.052 MT gasoil onboard. Reportedly, on or about021500H October 2014, said tanker was shifting position from Horizon to AWQI Anchorage Area, Singapore. On or about 021820-1840H October 2014,said tanker departed at Singapore enroute to Quang Tri, Viet Nam and could no longer be contacted by her shipowner thru telex/Inmarsat Cto this date.
