1. Reference: Email from RCC Alameda US Coast Guard dated 03 October 2015.

2. Per above reference, on or about 032338H October 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received an email from RCC Alameda US Coast Guard regarding a reported man overboard incident from the vessel named Cape United at latitude 17 degrees 18 minutes North, longitude 120 degrees 3 minutes east or at vicinity 25 NM West off Port of San Esteban, Ilocos Sur.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).

1. Reference: Call from Second Officer Farmakis of M/V “Anagel Odyssey” dated 03 October 2015.

2. On or about 031330H October 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received a telephone call from Second Officer Farmakis of M/V “Anagel Odyssey” with contact nr 00870764609185 and email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) regarding an unnamed motorbanca requesting for assistance at latitude 16 degrees 48 minutes North, longitude 119 degrees 32 minutes East or at vicinity 33 NM NW off Bolinao, Pangasinan.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).

1. Reference: Letter from Minister Samson T.L. Chang, Deputy Representative, Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in the Philippines dated October 22, 2014.

2. The Itu Aba Command of Coast Guard Administration (CGA), Executive Yuan of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will conduct a regular live fire training on November 03, 2014 from 08:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M. and November 11, 2014 from 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M.  bounded by the following coordinates:

1. Reference: Email from Nyk Joanna dated 03 October 2015.

2. Per above reference, on or about 030925H October 20115, Coast Guard Action Center received a call and email from Capt Ankur Seth and from Ronni Asuncion, Electrician Engineer of “NYK Joanna” regarding distress alert in which said vessel sighted 7 persons waving hand signals for rescue at Latitude 17 degrees 47.9 minutes North, Long 118 degrees 29.2 minutes East, or at vicinity 115 NM West off Salomague Island.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).
