1. Reference: Email from RCC Alameda US Coast Guard dated 03 October 2015.
2. Per above reference, on or about 032338H October 2015, Coast Guard Action Center received an email from RCC Alameda US Coast Guard regarding a reported man overboard incident from the vessel named Cape United at latitude 17 degrees 18 minutes North, longitude 120 degrees 3 minutes east or at vicinity 25 NM West off Port of San Esteban, Ilocos Sur.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings, take necessary actions and if sighted report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) regarding an unnamed motorbanca requesting for assistance at latitude 16 degrees 48 minutes North, longitude 119 degrees 32 minutes East or at vicinity 33 NM NW off Bolinao, Pangasinan.

Per above reference, on or about 030925H October 20115, Coast Guard Action Center received a call and email from Capt Ankur Seth and from Ronni Asuncion, Electrician Engineer of “NYK Joanna” regarding distress alert in which said vessel sighted 7 persons waving hand signals for rescue at Latitude 17 degrees 47.9 minutes North, Long 118 degrees 29.2 minutes East, or at vicinity 115 NM West off Salomague Island.
