1. Reference: Letter from Mr. David M. Martin, General Manager, EGS Asia Inc. dated September 29, 2014 received from Email on 02 October, 2014.
2. EGS Asia Inc., a Philippine survey company contracted by Global Business Power Corporation to carry out a Bathymetric Survey within the Iloilo Strait for the dredging of the South Navigation Channel. The survey will be undertaken between October 14, 2014 to November 30, 2014 using the Philippine flagged passenger banca “Krisha 1” bounded by the following coordinates:

1. Reference: Received e-mail from MRCC Singapore dated 011013H October 2014.
2. On or about 011024H October 2014, Coast Guard Action Center received an e-mail from MRCC Singapore regarding distress alert of MV YANGFAN99 at Lat 10 Degrees 13.0 Minutes North, Long 114 Degrees 14.2 Minutes East or at vicinity 13 NM NW off Cornwallis Reef, Kalayaan Group of Island, Palawan.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the abovementioned vicinity are advised to be on the look–out for possible sightings and if sighted render necessary assistance and report to the nearest PCG units or call/ text at cell phone number 0917-PCGDOTC (09177243682).
