Captain Perlita Cinco PCG is a trailblazer in the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), known for her unwavering commitment to service and her groundbreaking achievements.
Her journey began with a passion for leadership during her formative years which fueled her desire to join the Coast Guard Officers Course (CGOC) Class 02 – 2001 “MATATAG” to serve the nation and break barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Throughout her career, Captain Cinco PCG has faced and overcome numerous challenges, including gender biases and the demanding balance between her professional life as an officer in the service and her personal responsibilities as a wife and a mother.

Petty Officer Third Class (PO3) Jennifer Kagayutan PCG serves as the Secretary, Office of the Chief of Staff, Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command.
“As we celebrate Women’s Month, we take time to honor their achievements, recognize their challenges, and amplify their voices. This month is not just about reflection but about taking meaningful steps toward inclusivity, equality, and empowerment,” she expressed.
“As a member of PCG, I am grateful for recognizing that women continue to play an important role in our organization and this celebration of women’s month is one of the best way to highlight their heroism as an important force in changing times,” she added.

Chief Petty Officer Jennifer Dela Cruz PCG is breaking barriers as the Chief Master-At-Arms of the BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV-8301). As part of the vessel's sailing crew, she plays a vital role in ensuring the ship's safety, order, and discipline at sea.
With her leadership and hard work, she inspires others to reach their full potential especially in every mission they’ve accomplished.
As she recalled her earlier times in the service, CPO Dela Cruz PCG shared that being a woman in the Philippine Coast Guard allowed her to value self-discipline. Also, it gave her the opportunity to lead specially during organizational challenges.
